Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean and tidy, with a lovely view of the street and the nearby Christmas market. The bathroom was a real plus, and coming back to a warm and cozy room after a chilly day in the mountains was just perfect. However, the air conditioning needs a bit of attention to make sure it's working properly.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a lovely, modern, and clean design but felt a bit small with a lack of privacy in the bathroom. The service was decent, but there were some issues with the facilities. The location, however, was excellent with easy access to attractions and dining options.
The hotel was excellent, with rooms made available promptly and adequately for two people, equipped with AC. The service was impeccable, offering dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was exceptional, situated right in the center of Innsbruck with helpful staff always ready to assist. The dining experience was delightful, featuring a fully stocked self-service area and a wide selection of delicious offerings. The facilities were top-notch as well.
My stay at the hotel was delightful with its perfectly designed rooms that were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location was superb, allowing easy access to the mountains for a nice hike. However, the only downside was the rooms being a bit hot.
The hotel was lovely, with small rooms but packed with comfortable furniture, a Nespresso machine, and a rain shower. The glass wall to the bathroom compromised privacy. The location was fantastic, just off the pedestrian area near the Golden Roof. Dining was varied with fresh fruits and Dutch products, while service was efficient with plenty of amenities.
The hotel is centrally located, with lovely views and excellent breakfast. The rooms are clean and functional but lack spaciousness and privacy. The dining experience is superb, especially the fruit selection. The facilities are well-maintained, with a pool area to enjoy. The town may be small, but the hotel's location is fantastic.
I found this hotel to be a gem with its modern, clean rooms and comfortable beds, but the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortably warm. The location was fantastic, steps away from the old historical center, surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a wonderful array of foods. However, the somewhat interesting bathroom setup with just a glass door might not suit everyone perfectly.
The hotel had small but well-appointed rooms that were a bit hot and couldn't use the air conditioner. However, they overlooked the main street with great soundproofing and a lovely view of the mountains. The service was excellent, offering dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, shuttle service, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was perfect for getting around, close to many nice restaurant options, Innsbruck tourist attractions, and the convention center. The dining experience was rather amazing with a great selection, but we missed seeing some items. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences.
I had a cozy stay at this hotel, with very comfortable rooms, although a bit small. The service was excellent with convenient amenities offered. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of healthy options. The facilities were modern and well-kept.
